Order

To order from our online store, you must be 18 years or older and have an address in one of the specified delivery countries. The order process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Add items to the shopping cart
Put the product into the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. However, this does not guarantee a reservation. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by clicking on the shopping cart sign in the upper right corner of the online store. You can proceed to the next step of the order process (login) by clicking on the button "Check out".

Step 2: Login
If you have already created a personal beckaya customer account, please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise create a personal customer account or log in once as a guest (no personal wishlist, no personal settings and no status tracking of your order possible!) Please enter your billing and shipping address. If you have a gift card code, please enter it here as well. By clicking the button "Continue" or "Login" you will get to the next order step.

Step 3: Payment method & shipping method
Select the payment or shipping method. By clicking the button "Continue" you will get to the last order step.

Step 4: Check and order
Check all details of your order one last time. If necessary, you can still make changes here. By clicking on the button "Pay now" you send your order. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, you will be redirected to the respective payment platform.

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. We will also inform you by email about the shipment of your order. You can track your shipment by logging into your beckaya customer account.
Use the search field in the upper right area of the online store. If an item is sold out or out of stock, this information will be displayed on the respective product page. In this case, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you.
If your size does not show up in the product description or is not clickable, it is sold out or out of stock. In this case, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you.
Some models offered can be reordered, other collections and the individual sizes are very limited in quantities. However, it is possible that a model will be reissued in the following season in a different color or with a different fabric. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact our customer service.
No, there is no minimum order value. Only the redemption of discount vouchers may be subject to a minimum order value. Please note the details of the promotion.
beckaya offers email gift cards in the amount of EUR 25.00/50.00/100.00, which will be sent as a PDF to your email address as soon as your payment has been processed. When purchasing a gift card, no legal VAT will be charged. In case of loss the gift card can not be refunded. The validity is 3 years from the date of issue.
Put the items you want to buy with the gift card into the shopping cart.  Click on "I have a gift card" in the shopping cart, enter the gift card code printed on your gift card and complete your order as usual.
Click on "Add a discount code or a gift card" in the shopping cart, enter the discount code or gift card code and complete your order as usual. Please note the respective discount conditions.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department immediately at team@beckaya.com. Our office is available Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00. The legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the cancellation option.
You have the right to withdraw your contractual statement or an already concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered the goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (beckaya e.U., H. Waßmuthstraße 6/1/3, 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Austria, e-mail: team@beckaya.com) by means of a clear declaration (letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form available here, which is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract or from a contract that has already been concluded, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

NOTE: The postal route until your return arrives at our warehouse can take up to 10 business days. As soon as we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation by email and arrange the refund!

You do not have the right of withdrawal for contracts concerning

Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery.
Unfortunately, no. Every order you place once will be processed immediately.
You can check the status of your order at any time under "My account", provided you have created a customer account. In addition, as soon as we have released your order for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a package tracking number.

We deliver our beckaya Lieblingspieces worldwide.
The only exceptions are countries against which sanctions have been imposed.
Free shipping from EUR 150,00

From an order value of EUR 150,00 we do not charge shipping costs.

If you cancel your order in writing, you will be refunded the order value including shipping costs. If you return only a part of your order or the entire order without exercising your right of withdrawal, the paid shipping costs will not be refunded. Unfree return packages will not be accepted. The package must be sufficiently stamped. The costs for this will not be taken over.

From a minimum order value of EUR 150.00, the outbound shipping costs in Austria and Germany are waived. Unfree returns will not be accepted.
"Ready to ship in 4-6 business days" does not mean that your package will be delivered in 4-6 business days, but that we need 4-6 business days to prepare the goods for shipment. To this must be added the delivery time of the courier.

You can check the status of your delivery in "My account" if you have created an account or via the tracking number, which you will find in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Your order will be shipped as an insured package with the Austrian Post. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you.
No. During the order process you can specify whether the billing and shipping address should be identical or you want to choose a different shipping address. However, both addresses must be in the same country. The invoice will be sent to the email address you specified.

Payment with discount voucher

Add the items you want to purchase with the voucher to the shopping cart.  Click on "Add a discount code or a gift card" in the shopping cart and enter the voucher code. This will then be displayed with the corresponding amount like an item in your shopping cart.

Return

High customer satisfaction is very important to us! Therefore, you can return items purchased from us within 14 days if you do not like the goods.

Please fill out the return form and enclose it with the items you are returning. To speed up the processing of your return, please also indicate the reasons for your return.

After your return has been checked in our warehouse, you will receive a prompt refund of the purchase price (minus any discount codes). If items are returned incomplete, unfortunately no refund can be made for these items (e.g. sets). Please understand that we cannot accept used, dirty or damaged items. Please also do not remove the label, as we cannot accept such items either.
Too large? Wrong color? Wrong style? You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfree return packages will not be accepted.

If you have used PayPal as payment method, you have the possibility to have the return costs refunded by PayPal, regardless of the order value and worldwide. Simply activate the service once, return the item, request a refund from PayPal, and receive a refund for the return costs from PayPal.

In any case, please keep your posting and payment confirmation carefully until the entire returns process is completed. This proof will show the return date and the receipt number of your return.
Euro or % discount on an item:

If a discount was granted on a specific item, only the discount-reduced amount that was also paid will be refunded when this item is returned.

%- Discount on complete shopping cart (certain items can be excluded from the discount):

If a discount was applied to your entire shopping cart, in the event of a return, the total discount will be prorated among all items and only the discounted amount that you paid for the item will be refunded.

Return of items paid with discount vouchers:

If you paid with a beckaya discount voucher and are returning items from your order, you will first receive a refund via a beckaya discount voucher up to the original value of the voucher. The remaining amount will be refunded to you in the same payment method you chose for the order.

Other online discount vouchers:

The online discount voucher will be divided proportionally among all items and will also be deducted proportionally in the event of a return.
It can take up to 10 days until we receive your package. Therefore, please be patient - the return will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and confirmed to you by email. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the amount of the returned items within a few days. Depending on the payment method, you will receive your refund as follows:

For instant bank transfer, you will be refunded to the account from which you paid. If you pay by credit card, the amount will be credited to your card. If you pay by PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. If you pay with a beckaya gift card, it will be recharged up to its original amount. If the chargeback amount is higher than the original voucher value, you will be refunded the remaining amount in the same way as you originally paid.
To ensure the highest possible inventory, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges of individual products. You can return an item and then order your desired item again. We therefore recommend that you select the appropriate color and size when placing your order.
